Shot 1: This screen shows your outgoing fax log. It
shows you the recipient's name, fax number, and the time the fax
was sent.

Shot 2: This is the TotalFax status box. It tells you
your modem is dialing the recipient's fax number and the fax's
status.

Shot 3: This is your address book. Here, you can manage
your fax distribution lists, including updating names, fax numbers,
and other important information.

Shot 4: This is your outgoing fax queue. You can schedule
faxes for later distribution by dragging them and dropping them
into place, and you can check the delivery status of each outgoing
fax.

Shot 5: This is your fax distribution list. You can
add and delete recipients with a click of the mouse and you can
see the name and contact information for each member of your distribution
list.
