Our team of sales and support staff work 7 days a week and can be reached
8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. We offer weekend support but
it might be a little slower. We are workaholics but not that crazy....if there is
good weather, we just might go fishing...at midnight that is!!
We offer several ways to connect with our support group....some faster than others.
I know most think the toll free number is the best. Not really....everyone thinks that
and so its the most busy. Here are my favorites in order.
1 - FAQ page. Most install and setup
questions are answered here.
2 - Email. I know what your thinking, email is the slowest. Not true.
We respond to your emails and we even have handhelds so when we are out to lunch
we can receive your emails and respond back to you fast.

team CLAIMS they are the best and hardly anyone uses them. All they do is play games
...so lets change that. The benefit is it works from anywhere and most
sales and tech questions can be answered in less than 2 minutes.
4 - Finally...phone support. Reach us by phone USA and Canada 888-315-7172,
from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday.

If we do not answer PLEASE leave us your name, product, brief outline of the problem
